Consultation
A consultation includes a meeting with parent(s) to discuss educational concerns and answer questions. If planning an evaluation the consultation includes discussing the purpose and scope of the evaluation, the needs of the child, and the potential assessments to be used.
Educational Evaluations
An educational evaluation consists of an assessment of reading, writing, and math skills using standardized assessment(s), and informal measures.
Psychological Evaluations
A psychological evaluation can include an assessment of cognitive functioning, an assessment of adaptive functioning, and/or a social-emotional assessment using standardized assessment(s), and informal measures.
Psychoeducational Evaluations
A psychoeducational evaluation includes an assessment of the child's cognitive functioning, academic skills, and other areas of concern.
Accessibility Service Testing (College Testing)
Accessibility testing includes an educational assessment and psychological assessment focused on providing data for college Accessibility/Disability Service departments to determine if an individual qualifies for accommodations at the college level.
School District Evaluations
Our school-based evaluations are objective, cost effective, and comprehensive. School district personnel can contact us for single, or group rates for evaluation services. Assessment reports can include curriculum-based assessments, recommendations, evaluation of assessment results and curriculum, and developmental expectations. IEP Meeting Participation
A member of our team will accompany you to your child's IEP meeting. This service includes a 45-minute pre-meeting consultation, participation in the meeting, and a 45-minute post-meeting consultation.
