About Us

Katherine Mosher is an experienced educator and the co-founder of K&M Consulting Group, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in education, Katherine has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer to every client with whom she works.

Katherine is dedicated to helping families navigate the complex and often overwhelming world of education. As an educational consultant, Katherine specializes in providing tailored guidance and support to families seeking to enhance their children's educational experiences. Whether it's identifying the right academic intervention, developing personalized learning plans, or advocating for a child's needs, Katherine works closely with her clients to ensure they achieve their goals.

Katherine received her Master's degree in Special Education from William Paterson University. She has worked in various educational settings, including urban and suburban school districts.

Katherine is an expert in early childhood education, and is a New Jersey certified teacher, and learning disability teacher consultant.  Having taught kindergarten, first, and second grades, Katherine brings classroom experience, and knowledge of curriculum to help work with clients.  Further, Katherine has worked as a LDT-C with children from preschool through age 21.  

Above all, Katherine is passionate about helping families and students succeed. She believes that every child deserves access to a high-quality education and works tirelessly to provide her clients with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Michael Mosher is an experienced School Psychologist who is passionate about helping parents and students navigate the complexities of education. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes.  

As the co-founder of K&M Consulting Group, LLC, Michael specializes in providing personalized consultation and support to families seeking to enhance their children's educational experiences. Whether it's identifying the right school or program, developing an individualized learning plan, explaining evaluation results, or advocating for your child's needs, Michael works closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals.

Michael holds a Doctoral degree in School Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a New Jersey Certified School Psychologist and has worked in a variety of educational settings, including urban and suburban schools, with clients from preschool to adults.

Michael is committed to staying current with the latest trends and research in education. He regularly attends professional development opportunities and is an active member in the training of future school psychologists during their internship.
